SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 
q: Can i collect my order?

Yes, simply place your order online and select the 'collection' option at checkout. Once your order is ready for collection we will send you an email or give you a call.

 
q: Where are you located?

We are located in AP Motorstore Unit 3 Holmebank Mills, Station Road, Mirfield, West Yorkshire, WF14 8NA.
We do have our own car park which is located outside our premesis.

 
q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal. Over the counter we accept all major credit cards, cash, contactless payments and Klarna.

We DON'T accept American Express.

 
q: Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes we offer next day delivery, select the 'Next Day' option at checkout. Your order needs to be placed before 3pm.

This IS NOT a guaranteed service.

PLEASE NOTE - As much as we guarantee your order will be shipped in time and via a next day service, we cannot guarantee delivery. Unfortunately this is outside of our control if the carrier fails to deliver in time.

 
q: What Couriers Do You Use?

We use Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes & Fedex.

The courier and service depends on a few factors; weight, size, time of order and what delivery service you selected at checkout. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email showing you the tracking number and service used.

Unfortunately we are unable to take specific requests for couriers.

 
q: Delivery Options And Time frames

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days

Standard UK Delivery is 3-4 working days.

Next Day UK Delivery is 1 Working day*

Standard International Delivery is 10-30 days.

These times are estimates only and orders often arrive faster.

* Please note there may be additional charges and longer delivery times for "Out Of Area" postcodes/regions in the UK. These includes Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands.

q: How does Brexit affect us?

Due to Brexit, all our EU customers will now be charged import and tax duties, view the guide through our courier FedEx HERE

 

Returns & Exchanges

 
q: How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days to return a product this is from the date of purchase

 
q: My item is faulty how do I return it?

If you receive a product faulty or the product becomes faulty within 30 days, please use the returns portal which is available via your account, if you are a guest to our site please use our Guest Return Portal
If there is an issue with the length/diameter of the product then please send us a picture showing this measurement with a tape measure or verniers.

 
q: I've recieved my order and its wrong?

We're sorry to hear that, any descripencies of orders must be reported within 3 working days of the delivery date. All orders will come with a packing slip, please send us a picture of this along with your order number and a list of missing/incorrect items.

 
q: I've changed my mind and want to return my product?

Please return your item unused and in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.

 
q: Which product can't be returned?

We are unable to accept returns on the following items (unless faulty or not as described)

- Products you recieved over 30 days ago

- Products that have been opened, unsealed or used

- Products or packaging in poor condition

- Custom made products

 
q: Can I Return Custom Made Products?

Alloy Joiners, Alloy Connector & Silicone Couplers are made specifically for each order and are classed as a 'tailor-made' product.

Distance Selling Regulations state that 'tailor-made' products are non returnable. If you have any issues regarding this please call us on 01924 496111 and we can see how we can help.

q: How Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order we recommend calling us on 01924 496111 so we can catch the order before it is dispatched.

 
q: How Can I Track My Order?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and service used. You can also log into your account and track your order from there.

q: Where can i get a VAT invoice for my order?

Invoices are sent to you via email after your order has been placed, they are also easily accessible from your account, simply go to "Your Orders" find the required order and a download will be able in a PDF format.

 
q: Billing And Payment Options

Secure Credit Card payments using Barclaycard. Barclaycard is the UK’s payment gateway reaching customers and clients globally across 40 countries. accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Maestro

PayPal. PayPal Express Checkout gives you the ability to pay by credit card or from security of their personal PayPal accounts. During checkout, you are redirected to the secure PayPal site to complete the payment information, before returning back to your order confirmation page.

Bank Transfer. You can directly transfer the cost of your order via your bank. A less popular option as it delays the order dispatch.

 
q: Can I Use Promo Codes?

Promo codes are available from time to time, please check the expiry date of the code before using it. The code can be applied when checking out the order. Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with all discount codes!

You are unable to use multiple promo codes at once, it is limited to 1 per order

 
q: When can I collect my order?

Once the order has successfully been placed, you are able to collect the order straight away.

 
q: Can I ammend my order once it has been placed?

No, if you require your order to be changed this would need to be cancelled and placed again with the new required items.

 
q: Do you accept BACS payment?

Yes, when checking out please use the "Bank Transfer/Pro Forma" payment option. The payment details are then provided. When making the payment please use your order number as the reference.

 

HOSES

 
q: Can you make custom colours?

We only stock the colours red, blue and black as standard.

We are able to sort out bespoke hoses which would mean bespoke colours, however we can't do these as a one off hose, this would require a minimum order of at least 20, please see our Bespoke Hoses page.

There would be additional cost for the custom colour on top of production cost of the hose as we must also purchase pigments, mix and create a workable material.

 
q: Can I have my own logo?

Yes this option is available on a bespoke hose order, this would require a minimum order of at least 20, please see our Bespoke Hoses page.

It is not possible to add logos once the hose is made. We will not print 3rd party brands or registered trade marks. (you must own the rights).

 
q: Can I cut/trim your hoses?

You are able to cut/trim our hoses, we recomend doing this using a specialist lathe for a precise cut, once a hose has been cut you are unable to return the hose.

Please note when cutting a reducer it will change the internal diameters of the hose/elbow.

 
q: How do you measure the leg lengths of your elbows?

The leg lengths on our elbows are measured from the end of the elbow to the the centre.

 
q: How can I prevent hoses popping off under pressure?

To prevent hoses popping off under pressure we recomend installing them onto to pipes with rolled/beaded ends, along with a combination of the correct type clip/clamp.
