Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

Our prices are based on how much is spent on the site, sometimes due to the weight of the order this will mean the cost to post the item is higher than the postage paid on the order.

We are currently advising that international deliveries can take anywhere between 10 - 30 working days, for the most accurate delivery time please see the tracking on the order once shipped.

Delivery is Monday to Friday, 7am - 8pm excluding public holidays. We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.

For all international shipments outside of the UK, we use the courier FedEx. If your order is going to the channel isles or highlands there is a chance that the courier will be Hermes.
