The formulated multi layered reinforcement construction makes them ideal to replace old rubber hoses and for custom coolant plumbing solutions.

Alloy/Stainess Pipes

The offer an extensve range of aluminium and stainless pipework and accessories. All of our aluminium is T6063 grade and comes with a mirror polished finish. This range is an excellent lightweight option for hose joining applications, when used with clips/clamps to secure them.

Our PVC hose is suitable for both low-pressure food and industrial applications. The hose is manufactured from the highest quality low-toxic materials to give excellent clarity, flexibility and durability over a wide temperature range. The different reinforcements offered allow these to be used for a wide variety of applications.

Our Layflat range manufactured from PVC with a polyester reinforcement. This lightweight, smooth bore hose is commonly used in industries including agricultural, irrigation and waste management due to its ability to convey water and light chemicals.

Every hose needs a clip/clamp! Here at Auto Silicone Hoses we offer a hose clip for every hose that we manufacture. Covering a vast range of sizes and available in both W1 - Zinc Plated and W4 - Stainless Steel, We have thousands of stock available for dispatch.

Accessories

We have an extensive range of accessories and general vehicle maintinance items for the automotive industry.

Our vehicle maintinance range consists of our "One Fit" aero windscreen wiper blades which offer the latest technology in wiper blades. The multi clip system allows our blades to fit 11 different wiper arm fitments giving this a 98% vehicle coverage. We also have our white xenon bulbs which have been manufactured using xenon gas technology for greater visibility on the road. These are great for use for dipped beam, high beam and foglights.

Air Ducting

From brake ducting to extraction ducting, we have you covered! Our ducting can get you out of those situations where tight bends and flexible hoses are needed. Compared to standard black rubber hoses, Silicone rubber offer superior resistance to negative and positive temperatures, and offer a much longer service life. Our silicone hoses are expected to last many times longer than basic black EPDM rubber hoses. (typically working temperatures rating of silicone hoses is -40℃ to +170℃) or more! Quality Silicone Hoses will not elongate, stretch, crack or split due to weathering and ageing due to a higher tensile strength compared to rubber. Silicone Hoses have excellent resistance to Ozone, are very reliable, look great, and can be made in a number of colours!

Pricing

Auto Silicone Hoses have a competatively priced RRP again other hose distributors in the UK. You may be able to find cheaper hoses on eBay, but cheaper price means cheaper quality. Some sellers have no concern for quality, no technical knowledge and no customer service. We use high quality silicone with strong reinforcement.

Every hose is hand crafted, quality checked and rejected if there is the slightest sight of any defect or incorrect build quality. We continue to research our markets to ensure our products have the best quality possible, our silicone hoses have a 3/4 ply thickness with great reinforcement.
